• payment holidays of up to three months
• interest only repayments

Personal Loans

• payment holidays of up to three months
• restructuring to a longer loan term to bring down monthly payments

Credit cards

• increases to credit card limits, refund of late payment fees and debt restructuring

Overdrafts

• streamlining of the application process so customers can get funds faster
• restructuring repayment plans for existing overdrafts

 

The three month mortgage break option extends to personal customers who are residential buy-to-let landlords.
