We have several departments that fall under the remit of Head Office Functions, namely Risk, HR, Internal Audit, Legal & Finance. These teams play a pivotal role in keeping the bank safe.
The Risk teams are responsible for monitoring and reviewing internal and external data to ensure effective management of operational risk across the bank.They are also responsible for ensuring compliance is adhered, codes of conduct are followed and develop policies to support our colleagues.
Our Internal Audit team manage and deliver an audit service for key risks within the Bank, including the planning and delivery of a programme of audits, monitoring and implementation of Audit issues.
The Finance team conducts statutory and regulatory reporting for the Bank as well as developing financial plans for each of the business units.
The Legal team engages with various business units to provide advice and guidance on a range of legal and regulatory matters.
Finally, our HR teams provide resourcing and onboarding support, manage colleague payroll, provide HR advice and guidance, develop colleague careers through various learning and development initiatives and talent management as well as providing HR support by way of Business Partnering.
