    Your user ID is the 8 digit number you use when you log on to eBanking.

    You’ll find it:

    • on the letter we sent you when you registered for eBanking; and
    • on your Danske Mobile Bank app (in the About You section, under Profile); or
    • you can contact Customer Support on 0345 603 1534.
