Located on Niblock Road, the development is being built across three phases and will include a mix of three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, as well as two-bedroom apartments.

Established in 1982 by Victor Toland, Toland House Properties has built homes across Antrim, Lisburn and Greater Belfast for more than four decades. The business is now led by Directors Neal and Sarah Toland.

Buyer interest has been strong, with a number of homes in Drew's Glen already sold to first-time buyers, families and downsizers. All homes at Drew’s Glen will be A rated for energy efficiency and fitted with solar panels as standard.

Sarah Toland, Director at Toland House Properties, said: “Handing over the keys to our first home at Drew’s Glen is a proud moment for our team and for the business. This site has been part of our story for a long time so it’s hugely rewarding to see people now moving into the development and making these houses their homes. We look forward to welcoming many more residents to Drew’s Glen in the months ahead.”

Neal Toland, Director at Toland House Properties, said: “Drew’s Glen is an important development for our business and the local area. Danske Bank has worked closely with us throughout the project, taking time to understand our plans and support the delivery of the scheme. We’re looking forward to progressing the next phases of the development and working together on future projects.”

Brian Shane, Corporate Banking Manager at Danske Bank, said: “Toland House Properties has built homes across Northern Ireland for more than 40 years and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality developments. Drew's Glen is a significant investment in Antrim that will bring 164 much-needed energy efficient homes to the market and support the local economy. We look forward to supporting Neal, Sarah and the wider team as the development progresses.”
