Located on Niblock Road, the development is being built across three phases and will include a mix of three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, as well as two-bedroom apartments.
Established in 1982 by Victor Toland, Toland House Properties has built homes across Antrim, Lisburn and Greater Belfast for more than four decades. The business is now led by Directors Neal and Sarah Toland.
Buyer interest has been strong, with a number of homes in Drew's Glen already sold to first-time buyers, families and downsizers. All homes at Drew’s Glen will be A rated for energy efficiency and fitted with solar panels as standard.
