Reversionary Rate (Danske Follow-on Rate)

At Danske Bank, our reversionary rate - called Danske Follow-on Rate - applies when your fixed-rate term ends. This is a variable rate based on Danske Bank Reference Rate (UK) plus a margin. You don’t always have to move to this rate; instead, we’ll contact you before your fixed rate ends so you can choose what you’d like to do next.

Reference Rate:

We use two main reference rates:

These are our own interest reference rates, which are set by us and we make them publicly available

1. Danske Bank Reference Rate (UK), which is applied along with a fixed margin on our Tracker Home Loans or Danske Follow-on Rate. Typically, this aligns with the Bank of England base rate, although may sometimes differ from that exact rate.
2. Standard Variable Rate (UK), which won’t usually align with the Bank of England rate and can change independently.
