Danske Bank has been recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider for current accounts in the latest rankings published by the independent consumer organisation.
Which?, the consumer champion, surveyed 6,665 current account holders across the UK to assess customer satisfaction. Danske Bank, a leading bank in Northern Ireland, received positive feedback for the quality of its customer service and its user-friendly Mobile Banking App.
To determine a Which? Recommended Provider status, Which? combines customer satisfaction scores with expert analysis of account features including rewards, fees and accessibility. Banks must achieve a customer score of at least 70%, alongside strong ratings for key services and account features to qualify for the recognition.
Commenting on the recognition, Aisling Press, Managing Director of Personal Banking at Danske Bank said:
“We are incredibly proud to have been recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider for the first time. This recognition is a reflection of our commitment to delivering excellent service solutions to our customers.
“It inspires us to continue improving and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. We’d like to thank our customers for their trust and feedback, and our colleagues for their dedication and hard work in helping us achieve this recognition.”
