Located on Buncrana Road, in one of the city’s most in-demand areas for social housing, the new homes offer a mix of property types designed to meet a range of needs. The 98 homes range from apartments to houses, housing for over 55s, and some which are fully wheelchair accessible.
Built in partnership with contractor EHA Group, the £17.5 million development was supported and funded by the Department for Communities (DfC), the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE), and funded also by Danske Bank.

These homes will help address significant housing need in the area and benefit the people who live locally, as well as the wider community.

The development has also been praised for its design quality and environmental standards. All homes feature modern architecture and incorporate energy-efficient principles to help reduce heating costs and support a greener future.
Financial support for the development came from Danske Bank, which has worked closely with Arbour Housing throughout the project.
