Insurance

If you have any insurance related to your mortgage, check whether the policy still suits your needs. We recommend seeking advice if you need to make any changes.

Financial Planning

With the mortgage repaid, it might be a good time to review your financial situation and consider future investment or savings opportunities.

Request your House Deeds

Once your mortgage is fully repaid, you need to have your mortgage ‘vacated’. This means Danske Bank will no longer be named on your deeds as an interested party. Consider how and where you will safely store your deeds once the mortgage is fully paid and vacated.

To request your deeds please complete the form below and we will begin the process.

Please note that fees will apply to vacate your mortgage and release your deeds which are set out in the form below.
