How the Cashback offer works

Step 1: Call us or pop into your local branch to chat through the application process and how much you can borrow. Next step is to find the property you want to buy.
Step 2: When you’ve found ‘the one’ and want to progress your application, your Mortgage Consultant will advise you of the mortgage options, and if all’s well, confirm your mortgage offer.
Step 3: Our mortgage team then get to work organising all the things that need to happen in the background, including the valuation and legal paperwork.
Step 4: When this is all done, we’ll send your solicitor the funds to buy the house, and you’ll get cashback reward in your account!

This offer is available if your loan is a residential home loan for £30,000 or over, and if you’re remortgaging to us from another provider but not moving house. The offer isn’t available with our Cashback mortgage offer.

Representative example

A mortgage of £108,000 payable over 19 years initially on a fixed rate for 5 years at 2.22% and then on our Follow-on Rate currently 3.2% above Danske Bank Base Rate (UK) of 0.75% (variable) for the remaining 14 years would require 65 monthly payments of £580.89 and 163 monthly payments of £647.70.

The total amount payable would be £143,332.12 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£35,332.12). A product fee (£0), valuation fee (£0) and mortgage exit fees (£125) are also payable.

The overall cost for comparison is 3.1% APRC representative. APRC stands for ‘annual percentage rate of charge’.
