Danske Bank Freshers 2026 – Prize Draw (the Prize Draw)

Terms & Conditions (the Terms)

These Terms explain how the Prize Draw works. Please read them before entering.

1.

Promoter

1.1.	The Prize Draw is organised by Danske Bank, Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JS. Danske Bank is a trading name of Northern Bank Limited. Northern Bank Limited is part of the Danske Bank Group. In these terms, we call ourselves “the Bank” “We” or “Us”.

2.	Eligibility

2.1.	You can enter the Prize Draw if you:

a.

are aged 16 or over; and

b.

attend an eligible Freshers event in Northern Ireland where Danske Bank is present during the entry period.

2.2.	Employees and contractors who are directly involved in running the Prize Draw, and their immediate families, cannot enter.

2.3.	You must meet these eligibility requirements when you enter and when the winner is selected. We may ask for proof of your age.

3.

Entry

3.1.	To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete and submit the Freshers Prize Draw event webform at danskebank.co.uk/freshersprize during the entry period.

3.2.	You can only enter once.

3.3.	We will not accept entries that are late, incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent or entries that do not comply with the Terms.

4.	When can entries be made

4.1.	The Prize Draw will run from 10am on Monday 14 September 2026 to 11.59pm on Sunday 4 October 2026.

4.2.	Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to a technical failure.

5.

The prize

5.1.	There is one Apple MacBook Neo to be won.

5.2.	The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be available.

5.3.	We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

5.4.	Arrangements for delivery or collection will be agreed directly with the winner.

6.	How the winner will be selected

6.1.	The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date using a randomised selection process no later than Friday 9 October 2026.

6.2.	The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form.

6.3.	If the winner:

a.

cannot be contacted;

b.

does not respond within five business days;

c.

is found to be ineligible; or

d.

declines the prize

we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7.

Publicity

7.1.	We may invite the winner to participate in publicity relating to the Prize Draw.

7.2.	Participation is optional and will be subject to consent.

7.3.	Entrants are not required to consent to marketing or to the use of their name, image or other personal information for promotional purposes.

8.	Data Protection

8.1.	The Bank is the data controller for personal data collected for this Prize Draw.

8.2.	We will use the information you provide on the entry form to:

a.

validate entries;

b.

administer the draw;

c.

contact the winner;

d.

arrange delivery or collection of the prize;

e.

prevent fraud; and

f.

maintain an appropriate audit record

8.3.	Personal data will be stored securely in approved systems and accessed only by authorised colleagues and service providers where necessary.

8.4.	Prize Draw information will not be used for marketing unless you have provided a separate, valid marketing consent.

8.5.	Personal data will be retained only for as long as required to administer the Prize Draw and meet applicable legal, regulatory and audit requirements and will then be securely deleted in line with the Bank’s retention schedule.

9.

General

9.1.	By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any entries not complying with these Terms will not be valid.

9.2.	We may amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside our control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise any disadvantage to entrants.

9.3.	Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

9.4.	The Terms are governed by Northern Irish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts, subject to any rights entrants may have under applicable consumer law.
