There is no daily maximum for online card payments using your Danske Debit Mastercard, unless you have asked us to apply a card spending limit.
For debit cards, you must have enough available funds, including any arranged overdraft to cover the payment(s). If you have applied a spending limit but wish to have it removed, please contact Customer Support on 0345 600 2882.
For credit cards, payments must be within your available credit limit.
If you do not have sufficient cleared funds available when the payment is being processed, your payment will be declined.
You can make payments totalling up to £10,000 per day via the Mobile Banking app.
If you need to make additional transfers, you can transfer up to £25,000 via eBanking on a computer.
Payments above these limits cannot be made online and must be completed in branch. You can find your nearest branch using the branch locator.

Yes you can reduce your online transfer limits at any time using the Mobile Banking app or eBanking.
You can choose to reduce the maximum amount you wish to transfer in a single payment and/or in a single day. Changes apply immediately and will apply across both online channels.
To reduce your transfer limits via our Mobile Banking app, tap the 3 dots on your main menu, and then select Payment Limits.
On eBanking go to Account Settings to update your limits.
Different business days apply depending upon the payment system that is used to make the payment. If you make a one off payment via eBanking or the Mobile Banking app this would be considered a ‘Faster Payment’ and payments can still leave and be received into your account on a Saturday or Sunday.
If you’re making a regular payment by standing order, these payments would only leave, or be received into, your account during Monday – Friday. Learn more about standing orders.
Reminder
If you request a transfer, and do not have sufficient cleared funds available at the time of processing, your transfer will be rejected.
