The Commercial development team incorporates 5 core areas, which together are responsible for implementing initiatives designed to support delivery of the objectives outlined in our Corporate Plan. The areas are (1) Product Management incorporating Business, Savings, Personal Current Accounts, Consumer Finance, Home Loans and Government Support Schemes, (2) Pricing & Risk, (3) Communications, (4) Change Management and (5) Conduct & Customer Experience.
The overall vision of the team is to increase commercial focus by managing and delivering key changes to support customers and Danske Bank.
