  • Deeds Release Fee - £75 (Only applicable where mortgage is being redeemed)
  • Vacate Fee / Execute DS1 fee - £50 (Only applicable where mortgage is being redeemed)
  • Inspection Fee - £30 (Only applicable where deeds are released for inspection and returned to bank)

What happens next
