To qualify for cashback you must have completed a mortgage application and received an illustration by 2 February 2018. Cashback is only payable upon completion of the mortgage. Representative example

A mortgage of £116,000 payable over 19 years on a fixed rate for 5 years at 2.22% and then on our Follow on Rate 3.20% above Danske Bank Base Rate (UK) of 0.75% (variable) for the remaining 14 years would require 64 monthly repayments of £623.94 and 164 monthly repayments of £696.06.

The total amount payable would be £154,085.31 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£38,085.31). A product fee (£0), valuation fee (£0) and mortgage exit fees (£125) are also payable.
