    Log on to eBanking, click on Contact, then Personal data and edit your details.

  • Tell us you moved house

    Tell us you moved house

    You can tell us of a change of address by:

    • Sending us a Secure Message via eBanking or the Mobile Banking app
      • eBanking: click on Contact, then Personal data and Send new message
      • Mobile Banking: click on the envelope graphic, then Messages, then the icon at the top right
      • Posting your branch a signed letter with your current/old and new addresses
  • Tell us if your name has changed

    Please call into your nearest branch with the original documents that confirm your new name.
