You can update or check your mobile number easily on the Mobile Banking app or eBanking.
On the Mobile Banking app
After you've logged on, tap 'Profile' at the bottom of the screen and then 'Contact Information'.
Tap ‘Add phone’, or your existing ‘Mobile (personal)’ number, to update your details.
Swipe 'Add' to confirm your change.
You will be redirected to authorise the change via Danske ID
or through your eSafeID device.
Your details have been updated.
On eBanking
After you’ve logged on, select ‘Contact’ at the top right of the screen
Select ‘Personal Data’ and ‘edit’ - you can then enter or update your mobile number
Enter your eBanking passcode and select ‘OK’ to save your details.
You can update or check your email address easily on the Mobile Banking app or eBanking.

On eBanking
After you’ve logged on, select ‘Contact’ at the top right of the screen
Select ‘Personal Data’ and ‘edit’ - you can then enter or update your email address in the ‘email (home)’ field.
Enter your eBanking passcode and select ‘OK’ to save your details.
To change your name you will need to provide us with a copy of your documentation confirming your new name e.g marriage, divorce or deed poll certificate. Any Deed Poll – Change of Name Deed presented must be enrolled through the Courts to be accepted.
Please take a clear colour photo of the applicable documentation and send it through secure message on the Mobile Banking app or eBanking as outlined below.
Alternatively you can attend your local branch with photographic identification, and the applicable documentation listed above. Find your local branch.
You can update your address by sending us a secure mail via eBanking or the Mobile Banking App, in person at any local branch (with a form of photographic ID) or by signed letter.
How to send a secure mail via eBanking:
Log on to eBanking
Select ‘Contact’ from the top right-hand menu
Select ‘New message’
When you’ve finished typing your request and new address, click ‘Send message’
You’ll be asked to enter your passcode.
How to send a secure mail through the Mobile Banking App:
Log on to the app
Tap ‘Messages’
Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner
Choose ‘Update contact details’ category and type your message.
When you’ve finished typing your message, click ‘Send’.
Swipe 'Send message' on the
screen, confirm with your 6-digit passcode or fingerprint or facial recognition,
if enabled.
If posting a signed letter to your branch detailing your new address, you can find your branch address by searching our branch locator.
