You can update or check your mobile number easily on the Mobile Banking app or eBanking.
On the Mobile Banking app
- After you've logged on, tap 'Profile' at the bottom of the screen and then 'Contact Information'.
- Tap ‘Add phone’, or your existing ‘Mobile (personal)’ number, to update your details.
On eBanking
- After you’ve logged on, select ‘Contact’ at the top right of the screen
- Select ‘Personal Data’ and ‘edit’ - you can then enter or update your mobile number
- Enter your eBanking passcode and select ‘OK’ to save your details.
