How to fix a subscription or billing issue with a major provider
If you notice a charge for a subscription or digital service, the quickest way to resolve the issue is usually to contact the retailer directly through your account. Always try the retailer first — it’s usually the fastest way to get a refund.
If you subscribed through a third party (e.g. Apple, Google, Sky, mobile provider), you’ll need to contact that provider directly.
Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on each retailer’s rules.
If you’ve already tried the retailer and still need help, we are happy to help with your claim.
