With Danske video meetings, you don’t need to visit your Danske Bank branch to meet with your adviser. You just talk together online. So you can be at home - or anywhere else - and talk to your adviser safely and conveniently.

Appointments are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

How to set up a Danske Video Meeting

A few steps will get you set up.

  1. Book a video meeting by phoning 0345 600 2882. We will send you an email to confirm the details. Alternatively, you can chat to someone online.
  2. Your adviser will email you a meeting link 15 mins prior to the meeting and join at the meeting time.
  3. Open up your computer, laptop or mobile/ tablet device with a camera. You don’t need to download any apps, but if you prefer to use the app search for ‘Adobe Connect’ in your app store.

  4. When your adviser tells you to, click the link from your email to enter the meeting.

  • What can I use video meetings for?

    You can set up a video meeting to talk to us about:

    • mortgages, and making mortgage applications
    • opening or switching accounts
    • applying for an overdraft
    • applying for a credit card
    • applying for a personal loan
    • amending your account details. (Please note, you will have to come into a branch for more complex changes. We will let you know if this is the case.)

  • What equipment do I need to have a video meeting?
    • A phone for the adviser to speak to you.
    • You will need two devices - your phone, and a computer, laptop, mobile or tablet with a camera.
    • An internet connection.

    The video meetings typically last between 30 minutes and one hour. You may prefer to use a headset or put the phone on speaker. Please make sure you have your phone and laptop charged or plugged in.

  • Do I need to download anything?
    • You will not need to download any apps, but if you prefer to use the app search for ‘Adobe Connect’ in your app store
    • Follow the link and instructions in the booking email
  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Are Danske video meetings secure?
    • Danske Bank takes every measure to prevent any unauthorised access to video meetings.
    • We always recommend that you have anti-virus software and keep your software updated when connecting to the internet.
    • Please make sure that no-one else can see your screen during the call, to ensure your privacy and account security.
  • Can I meet with you in a branch instead?

    There is always the option to come into branch and have a meeting. To keep you and our adviser safe, after an initial introduction, your meeting will be by video link.
