Open a new Savings Account in your Mobile Banking app

Opening an account in your app is easy...

To open a new Account:

  1. Log on to your Mobile Banking app
  2. Tap the blue (+) symbol
  3. Choose "Open an account"
  4. Select the account type you wish to open
  5. Read the agreement documentation, and when ready click "Read"
  6. Swipe ‘Sign now’ to continue
  7. You will be redirected to authorise the change via Danske ID or through your eSafeID device
  8. Your account will open immediately & is ready for you to use!

Why do I not have a blue ‘+’ symbol?

The plus button allows you to open a new savings account or to add accounts from other banks. Not everyone will have a plus button – you may be under 18 or we may need up to date information from you. If this is the case don't panic, give us a call and we can discuss your options.
