We want to be able to contact you about your Safe Custody. At this stage we need to ask for your mobile number and email address.
Declarations - 2nd applicant
As you have selected to hold your Safe Custody in joint names, you will need to provide us with information about the second party in order that we may process the application. We will be in contact with you once we have validated the details.
Before you sign your Customer Agreement, it is important that you and the additional owner of your joint Safe Custody item has read and understood all of the important information for the service, including the Danske Safe Custody Special terms and conditions and fees and service charges.

Please also update the personal details for the joint owner including their mobile number and email address contact information, which is required for each owner of the safe custody items held with us.

Please be aware that this is at your own risk and you'll be liable for any losses incurred.
Danske Safe Custody Fees
Please give us details of your primary Danske Bank current account.
Please detail the Sort Code and Account Number from where you wish the Danske Safe Custody Fee to be taken. Please note the fee cannot be taken from a non-Danske Bank account, from a Danske eSaver account or a mortgage or personal loan account.

Please provide details of the other joint owners' primary current account held with Danske Bank.

Please select the branch in which you'd like your Danske Safe Custody to be held. Please note this service is only available in certain branches.

When would you prefer to drop off your items and sign your Safe Custody agreement? We'll do our best to accommodate your choice but it might not always be possible in which case we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.
Product selection
Please select the type of Danske Bank Safe Custody Service you would like to apply for below. If you would like to have more than one Danske Safe Custody Service, please complete an additional application.
If you choose our Safe Custody Wallet Service, we will provide you with one or if you prefer, you can provide your own.
If you choose our Small or Large Safe Custody Box Service, you may either provide your own or purchase one from us. Small boxes are priced at £15 plus VAT and Large Boxes are priced at £40 plus VAT.
If you choose our Oversized Item, we'll have to first check that your chosen branch will be able to store it for you.
FSCS
Danske Safe Custody is not covered under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), the UK's deposit protection scheme. Please see the FSCS Information Sheet and Exclusions List information on what the scheme covers.

Next steps
Just before you hit the submit button on your application...
- We will process your application within two working days
- Once it's completed, we'll send you a confirmation email with the date and time you should call at your chosen branch to sign your Danske Safe Custody Customer Agreement form and drop off your items. The email will also give you some more detail on what you need to bring.
- If we can't get you an appointment at your preferred date and time, we'll contact you to discuss an alternative.
