With the Priority Pass app on your digital device, you always have your Digital Priority Pass at hand. You can search for lounges, discover dining experiences, and view a map of every airport. You can also keep track of your lounge visits, review your visit history, and rate the lounges you have visited.
You must register before you travel
To register for the Digital Priority Pass, please see the letter that we sent to you by post or to your digital mailbox. In the letter, you will find a link to the Priority Pass registration page and a unique Invitation ID, which you must use to register. You can then enjoy the benefits via the Priority Pass website and the app.

You will be asked to provide some personal information including your name and contact details. You will also need to provide details of a payment card, which will be used to pay for lounge visits which aren’t covered under your card agreement. Priority Pass Limited (owned by the Collinson Group) will be informed that you are a customer of Danske Bank.

Your digital membership renews every 12 months, remember to update and add your new pass to your Digital Wallet on your mobile phone to ensure you have easy access to the lounges.

Also make sure that no mistakes are made when typing in the Invitation ID and that it was put in the right section. You can choose to either take a screenshot or print the necessary QR code for use during future airport lounge visits. To obtain the QR code, please complete the initial registration process online. If you need help with this, please contact us using one of the contact options provided above.
With the new Digital Priority Pass (sometimes referred to as your Digital Membership Card) setup, you will be charged directly by Priority Pass Limited (owned by the Collinson Group) for any lounge visits which are not complimentary under your credit card agreement. You will need to provide your payment details for that purpose. You can keep track of your complimentary lounge visits within the Priority Pass app or website.
You can use any credit or debit card for payment for lounge visits exceeding your complimentary allowance, even if it’s issued by another provider. Priority Pass Limited will charge the payment card you register for any lounge visits which are not complimentary under your card agreement.
If your Priority Pass membership is associated with a Mastercard Corporate Platinum card, you may wish to check with your employer.
Yes, in this case you will receive two separate registration letters and will have to register twice. This is because your Priority Pass Digital Membership is linked to your relevant Mastercard agreement, and your lounge visit entitlement may vary between different agreements. You may use the same email address, but the username must be different.
You will not be able to complete your registration if you do not accept the terms and conditions, and consequently, you will not be able to use your Priority Pass.

Go to your usual app store: Apple device: App Store; Android device: Google Play. Search for "Priority Pass".
Accessing the lounge:
Show your QR code through the Priority Pass App on your mobile phone or register the Digital Membership Card in your mobile phone Digital Wallet. The Digital Membership Card will renew after a 12 month period, this will happen automatically in the Priority Pass App when you log out and log back in again. You will need to re-add the updated Priority Pass QR code to your Digital Wallet on your mobile phone.
Your QR code is needed to access the airport lounge. You can take a screen shot of your QR code and keep it in your photo gallery as a back-up or you can print out the QR code ahead of your visit and take this to the lounge. Most airports have charging stations available throughout the airport should you need to charge any device.
No, the Digital Priority Pass (sometimes referred to as your Digital Membership Card) will have your name on it. This will be matched to your boarding pass when you access the airport lounge.
In line with the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, your Priority Pass is personal to you and others are not allowed to use it. Depending on your membership, you may be able to bring additional guests under your complimentary visits, or for an additional fee. This is subject to availability at the specific lounge at the time of entering.
Yes, even if the payment card has expired at the time of the visit, you will be able to access the lounge. However, if the visit is not complimentary under your card agreement, once a payment is rejected, you will be asked to update your payment details with an active card. Payment details can be updated in your account on the Priority Pass website or via the app.
There is currently no option for Priority Pass members to pre-book lounges.
This depends on the individual lounge. You can view lounge policies by checking the lounge on the Priority Pass website or via the app. Young children aged 0-3 years are often allowed to enter for free.
Overall setup:
Since 30th April 2025 your physical card has no longer been valid and cannot be used.
Once your account has been set up, you can view your complimentary lounge visit entitlement and remaining visits by logging onto your account and going to the ‘Account’ section in the Priority Pass app or on the website.
If you replace your Danske Mastercard credit card with a card that does not offer the Priority Pass service, your Priority Pass membership will automatically be cancelled.
If you replace your Danske Mastercard credit card with one that offers Priority Pass membership or includes more complimentary visits, your existing membership will automatically be cancelled, and you will need to register again.
Once you have used the complimentary visits provided under your Danske Bank Agreement. Priority Pass Limited will charge your payment card directly for lounge visits for any additional lounge visits beyond your complimentary limit.
Once you have created your digital account, you will be a customer of Priority Pass. You can find the most up to date charge for additional visits at www.prioritypass.com.

Your Priority Pass is provided as part of your overall Mastercard fee. If you don't think you will benefit from this service you should consider another card product type better suited to your needs – please get in touch with us to discuss other options available to you.
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service provided by the Bank, we have procedures in place to deal with your concerns effectively and in the correct way. If you have followed our published complaint procedures and you disagree with the response we have given, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You can find the list of lounges in the Priority Pass app or on the website and you can search by country, city, or airport. Note that available lounges may change from time to time so keep yourself updated when travelling.
In some airports, Priority Pass offers an ’EAT’ alternative. This is a voucher which can be used at specific cafés or restaurants as an alternative to lounge access. You can find more information on this on the Priority Pass website or in the app.
