With the new Digital Priority Pass (sometimes referred to as your Digital Membership Card) setup, you will be charged directly by Priority Pass Limited (owned by the Collinson Group) for any lounge visits which are not complimentary under your credit card agreement. Accessing the lounge:
To ensure a smooth switch over there will be a temporary period, where you’ll be able to use either your physical Priority Pass card, or your Digital Priority Pass via your device. You will however need to register for your Digital Priority Pass to ensure continued access to airport lounges. Your physical Priority Pass card will not be valid after 30th April 2025.
Your QR code is needed to access the airport lounge. You can take a screen shot of your QR code and keep it in your photo gallery as a back-up or you can print out the QR code ahead of your visit and take this to the lounge. Most airports have charging stations available throughout the airport should you need to charge any device.
No, the Digital Priority Pass (sometimes referred to as your Digital Membership Card) will have your name on it. This will be matched to your boarding pass when you access the airport lounge.
In line with the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, your Priority Pass is personal to you and others are not allowed to use it. Depending on your membership, you may be able to bring additional guests under your complimentary visits, or for an additional fee. This is subject to availability at the specific lounge at the time of entering.
Overall setup:
From 30th April 2025 your physical card will no longer be valid and cannot be used. You should then destroy your card. Following this you will only be able to access airport lounges using your Digital Priority Pass (or copy /print out of your QR code).
Once your account has been set up, you can view your complimentary lounge visit entitlement and remaining visits by logging onto your account and going to the ‘Account’ section in the Priority Pass app or on the website.
If you replace your Danske Mastercard credit card with a card that does not offer the Priority Pass service, your Priority Pass membership will automatically be cancelled.
