Go paperless with your bank statements

From July 2018 new regulations meant that we had to send your statements and other transactional information for all your accounts on paper, unless you have told us that you don’t want this.

If you’d prefer us to make your statements and other transactional information available electronically in eBanking, (don’t have eBanking? You can sign up for it on our Register for eBanking page) then we’ll need your consent – otherwise, we’ll have to send you this information on paper.

Giving us your consent for this is simple – please just fill in the details below.

If you hold more than one account with us, you can enter any one of your account numbers. This will take effect on all your accounts held with us (but not credit cards, where you have stated you do not want to receive these digitally).

We’ll need an up-to-date email address for you

If you’d like us to make your credit card statements available digitally, we’ll have to send you email notifications. Without an email address, we’ll have to keep sending your statements on paper.

Please add or update your email address for notifications. Here’s how:

If you use eBanking: Log on>Electronic Mailbox & Agreements >Electronic Mailbox>Documents>Settings
If you use the Mobile Bank App: Log on > Electronic Mailbox>Menu>Settings

You may still get your next statement on paper, depending on when you submit this form.

I understand that this will also apply to any accounts I already hold with you
