Mortgage Documentation for Conveyancers in England and Wales

LMS host links to all of the documents that you will need to progress a mortgage transaction. There are some additional documents which will only be required in certain circumstances. Please refer to our instruction letter, the offer document and Parts 1 & 2 of the UK Finance Handbook for conveyancers for guidance on what documents you should use.

Solicitors requesting deeds on behalf of their clients should use our Request for release of deeds by solicitors form.
