Technical Requirements
You can use Danske Bank's website, District, Mobile and Tablet Business Apps on most computers, smartphones and tablets.
Your device must have an Internet connection. You must also be able to run the programs that support the features.

Computer
If your computer is a recent model, you will be able to use our website and District system without problems. But to get the most out of our services, there are a few things you should be aware of.
Browser and operating system
We recommend that you use the latest version of a browser, although not a beta version.
These are the operating systems and browsers we have tested for all functions in eBanking.

Business Online offers two solutions for file transfers- File transfer Light
- File transfer Classic
File transfer Light requires no installation and is supported by most newer browsers. Files can be sent and downloaded using the browser settings. Only one file can be downloaded at the same time.
File transfer Classic requires installation of Danske Bank File Plug-in and consequently can be used only with browsers that support plug-ins. It is possible to define a file location for file types and retrieve/download several files at the same time.
If you are using Internet Explorer it will be necessary to to change the settings for ”Trusted sites”. A guide for doing this can be found here.
Using files in a Citrix or WTS environment

All communication with the Bank takes place via the TCP/IP protocol.
To communicate with the Bank, you have to open port 443.
For file exchange with the Bank in District, port 1414 must be open too.
Screen resolution
The resolution of your screen will affect the look and feel of the web page. We design our web pages and internet banks with a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels, which is the standard resolution for a 17 inch screen. If your screen resolution is lower than this, you will get a scroll bar in the right side of the screen, which you can use.

Mobile
If you have a smartphone, you can use the Danske Mobile Business app without any problems. But be aware of a number of technical requirements if you want to get the most out of our products.
We continually optimise our apps for the latest versions of the operating systems. This gives the best experience for most users. In many cases, our apps can also run on older versions of an operating system.
