Withdrawal from Lending Standards Board (LSB) Standards of Lending Practice for Business customers

From 30 June 2025, we have decided to discontinue membership of the LSB Standards of Lending Practice for Business customers.

Membership of the LSB is voluntary and this decision follows the retirement of the Standards for Personal customers by the LSB on 31 March 2025.

We assure you that our commitment to protecting customers and promoting best practices will continue to be upheld through our own internal policies and procedures. Our withdrawal will not affect the products we offer, their operation, or the way we treat you.

This decision predates the LSB’s subsequent recent announcement of their intention to unwind operations in full later this year.
