Phone us immediately if you suspect you have been the victim of fraud or a scam. This includes an unauthorised transaction, or misuse of your District access.

- Your District user ID or password
- Your eBanking user ID or passcode

Phishing is a criminal activity used to trick people into revealing sensitive information such as passwords and credit card details by posing as a trustworthy person or a business via a phone call, e-mail or even a text message.
You can never be too vigilant when it comes to spotting phishing attacks. If you think something or someone seems suspicious or unusual, then they probably are.
We will never contact you to ask for personal information such as card details or passwords.
