Applicant information
Declarations
As a signatory in your Club or Society, we will collect the following information about you, the other signatories and details about your Club or Society in order to process your application and will be in contact with you once we have validated the details.
Before you sign your Customer Agreement, it is important that you and the other partners read and understand all of the important information for the service, including the Danske Safe Custody Special terms and conditions and fees and service charges.
Club / Society and Personal details
We want to be able to contact your business about your Safe Custody. At this stage we need to ask for your mobile number and email address.
Access requirements
Signing arrangements
This means that we will deliver and allow access to the Safe Custody Item at any time held by you for the Club or Society, and will accept the signature(s) of the following persons on orders for the withdrawal of the Safe Custody Item at any time held by you for the Club or Society.
Please note: This mandate will no longer apply if we receive written notice from you, signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Club or Society, to cancel it, or as otherwise provided for in the Danske Safe Custody Service terms and conditions. We must be notified in writing signed by a Chairman and Secretary of the Club or Society of any change to the authority contained herein and/or the Authorised Persons.
Giving someone else access to your Danske Safe Custody
Please be aware that this is at your own risk and you'll be liable for any losses incurred.
Danske Safe Custody Fees
Please give us details of your primary Danske Bank Business Current Account.
Please detail the Sort Code and Account Number for your Business from where you wish the Danske Safe Custody Fee to be taken. Please note the fee cannot be taken from a non-Danske Bank account, a Business MasterCard Credit Card account, or a Business loan account.
Branch selection
Please select the branch in which you'd like your Danske Safe Custody to be held. Please note this service is only available in certain branches.
Visit the Branch to set up your new Safe Custody
When would you prefer to drop off your items and sign your Safe Custody agreement? We'll do our best to accommodate your choice but it might not always be possible in which case we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.
Product selection
Please select the type of Danske Bank Safe Custody Service you would like to apply for below. If you would like to have more than one Danske Safe Custody Service, please complete an additional application.
If you choose our Safe Custody Wallet Service, we will provide you with one or if you prefer, you can provide your own.
If you choose our Small or Large Safe Custody Box Service, you may either provide your own or purchase one from us. Small boxes are priced at £15 plus VAT and Large Boxes are priced at £40 plus VAT.
If you choose our Oversized Item, we'll have to first check that your chosen branch will be able to store it for you.
You will receive one free visit per calendar month. Each additional visit within the calendar month will be charged at £10 plus VAT = £12.
FSCS
Danske Safe Custody is not covered under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), the UK's deposit protection scheme. Please see the FSCS Information Sheet and Exclusions List information on what the scheme covers.

Next steps
Just before you hit the submit button on your application...
- We will process your application within two working days
- Once it's completed, we'll send you a confirmation email with the date and time you should call at your chosen branch to sign your Danske Safe Custody Customer Agreement form and drop off your items. The email will also give you some more detail on what you need to bring.
- If we can't get you an appointment at your preferred date and time, we'll contact you to discuss an alternative.
