  • If you have lost your Danske Mastercard or your card has been stolen, it is important that you block your card immediately.

    To block your card, contact Customer Support using our lost or stolen cards 24 hour telephone service:

    • You can re-order a card using the District cards module
    • You can call our Card Services team on 0370 8502481 or +442890 049201 if you are calling from outside the United Kingdom
    • If your card is due to expire, you will receive your new card by the middle of the month in which it is due to expire.
    • For example, if your card's expiry date is 12/22 (December 2022), you should receive your new card by the middle of December 2022 and your current card will not expire until the end of December.
    • If you have not received a new card, please call our Card Services team on 0370 8502481 or +44 2890 049201 if you are calling from outside the United Kingdom
