  • How do I block my card?

    If you have lost any of your cards, it is important that you block them immediately.

  • How do I order a new one?

    • You can re-order a card using the Business eBanking cards module
    • You can call our Card Services team on 0370 8502481 or +442890 049201 if you are calling from outside the United Kingdom
  • My card will soon expire: when will my new one arrive?

    • You will receive your new card approximately one month before the expiry date
    • For example, if your card's expiry date is 12/18 (December 2018), you should receive your new card by the end of 11/18 (November 2018)
