My card will soon expire: when will my new one arrive?
- You will receive your new card approximately one month before the expiry date
- For example, if your card's expiry date is 12/18 (December 2018), you should receive your new card by the end of 11/18 (November 2018)
- If you have not received a new card, please call our Card Services team on 0370 8502481 or +44 2890 049201 if you are calling from outside the United Kingdom
