- You own the business and have a registered address in Northern Ireland
- You are over 18 years old
- You agree to be registered for District as part of the application

Personal Details required to complete application
- Full UK Driving licence or valid UK/Irish Passport
- Current UK address
- UK Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Where you pay tax
- To complete your application, we will ask you to take a selfie and a photograph of your ID document which will be uploaded and reviewed digitally
Business Details required to complete application
- Business Name
- Trading Address (you may need proof of your trading address)
- How you intend to use your account
- Suppliers and/or Service Providers
- Special Licences
- UK & foreign transactions
- Expected turnover

Term Definition Business Premises Address The address your business is operated from, and where customers and suppliers send correspondence. We may require proof of this, using one of the following acceptable documents: - Signed property lease document
- Business Rates Bill / Council Tax Bill for the current year
- Utility Bill for the business premises, dated within the last six months
- VAT registration form
- Business bank account statements, dated within the last six months
- Business insurance documentation (from a recognised insurance provider) valid for the current year
- Written confirmation from the business customers Accountant/Solicitor (There may be a cost incurred for this)
Digital signing Allows business customers to access digital versions of documents, review and digitally sign. This is accessible via desktop and mobile. Special Licences Examples include food handling permits, PayPoint, or any specific licence required for your industry. E.g. Sale of Alcohol. Suppliers and/or Service Provider Any person or entity that supplies goods or services to your company. Turnover The amount a company receives from selling goods or services over a certain period Trading Name The name your company is commonly known as or the name you use when advertising or doing business. Indicates a Tooltip . Hover over question mark icons to display additional information. * Indicates a required field, which cannot be left blank.
