For all residential property purchase applications completed after 6th August we will now change the customer’s postal address on the day we complete the mortgage, unless the customer has opted out of this during the application process. We will update the address for all parties associated to the borrowing.
We are working on adding some new fields to the Danske HOME online application system to help us capture that information.
Until that change is made we will be sending an ‘opt out’ form to our customers as part of the offer pack.
What about applications completed prior to 6th August?
Any application completed prior to that date will not have the address automatically updated on completion. We will require either the customer to pro-actively contact us or if we are successful in making post completion contact then we will offer this service as part of the call.
Danske Bank Intermediaries Website
Over the coming weeks you will see some changes to the Danske Bank Intermediary website.
We’ve taken the first steps to improve our intermediary website and give you a better online experience.
- The homepage has been redesigned to make it easier to find key information – including a link to Danske HOME (our online application system).
- A new Meet the Team page has been created, helping you get in touch with the right person in your local area as well as putting some faces to those members of our great support teams you deal with on a regular basis.
- Finally, a new Hints & Tips page to provide you with answers to some of the most common questions we get from Intermediaries. We hope you will find this useful.
We will be incrementally redeveloping the rest of our website in the months ahead with a view to further improve your online experience with us - in the meantime we would welcome your feedback on the updates as we make them.
