Remortgage - Form of Authority

If your Remortgage Offer application is approved, we will instruct McKee Law to deal with the legal formalities.

A step within the conveyancing process is the requirement for McKee Law to contact your customer’s current mortgage lender to ask them to release the title deeds to their property. This is an important step in the process and can take a few weeks for the deeds to be released.

If we have this form completed and signed by your customer when instructing McKee Law then they will be able to request the deeds as soon as they receive our instruction.
