- None of the applicants are undischarged Bankrupts
- Applicant(s) income is in sterling (with the exception of Custom Large loan applications where income can be in GBP, USD, EUR, DKK)
- At least 40% of the land (subject to the mortgage application) will be used as/or in connection with the dwelling house
- The mortgage application does not meet the criteria (as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority) of a Foreign Currency Loan (with the exception of Custom Large Loan applications)
- The application was completed as an advised sale
- The property will be one of the applicant(s) main properties

Valuation Fee
I, on behalf of the applicant, give consent for Northern Bank Limited trading as Danske Bank ("the Bank") to obtain a valuation of the property to be mortgaged. The applicant agrees that they will be responsible for the cost of any such valuation and will be told the cost of the valuation by the Bank before the valuation is carried out. The applicant further agree that the Valuer appointed by the Bank will contact them by phone regarding payment for this valuation prior to carrying out the valuation of the property and the applicant agrees to settle the cost of the valuation directly with the Valuer appointed by the Bank.
Valuation Fee
I give consent for Northern Bank Limited trading as Danske Bank ("the Bank") to obtain a valuation of the property to be mortgaged. As an incentive of the product Northern Bank Limited trading as Danske Bank ("the Bank") will be responsible for the payment of the cost of any such valuation.
Mortgage Vacate and Deeds Release Fee
A Vacate Mortgage Fee will payable to us when we execute the vacate of the mortgage deed for £50.00. A Deeds Release Fee will be payable to us when we release your title deeds to your solicitor for £75.00. The fees quoted are the current fees and are subject to change.
