We are making some changes to our mortgage pricing, effective Friday 3 September 2021.

We are excited to introduce a change on the term of our mortgages. We can now offer mortgages for up to 35 years.

A summary of the remaining changes are detailed below:

• Changes to many of our Fixed Rates. Applies to our Purchase, Remortgage, Carbon Neutral and Existing Customer products.
• Update to our Fixed Rate end dates.
