If you would like to update your contact details, you can inform the Scheme Administrator (Isio) of any change(s) by email, phone or post. Further information for Isio can be found on the Contact Details page.
The Scheme Administrator (Isio) will firstly require your Member Number or National Insurance Number, as well as two pieces of personal information.
You should also provide Isio with confirmation of your existing contact information (e.g. full previous postal address, previous telephone number/email address etc.) as well as your new contact details for updating on your member record.
