Go paperless with your account statements and documents
If you use eBanking or the Mobile Bank app, you can get your statements and other documents sent securely online to your Electronic Mailbox.
It means you won’t have to wait for them to arrive by post each month, and they’ll always be available for you to view, print or download.
It’s easy to sign up for digital statements – just fill in the form below and we’ll register you. We’ll also need your email address to set this up as we’ll send you a notification when your latest statement is ready to view.
We need an up-to-date email address for you
It’s really easy to update your email address on the Mobile Bank app or eBanking. It’s important to do this before you submit the form, as we won’t be able to complete your request without it.

How to access your digital documents
You can view and download your digital statements and documents through eBanking or the Mobile Bank app.
