New Danske Mobile Bank

We piloted our new mobile bank app to a small group of customers back in April 2018 and, since then, we’ve been rolling it out to more customers on a gradual basis.

The app is still in development so you’ll notice that some features from the ‘Wheel’ app haven’t yet been built in the new version. We understand that switching between the two apps may seem like a bit of a hassle, but we wanted to share our new app with you as early as possible, so that you can have your say in how it shapes up.

The feedback we’ve received so far has been really useful so please continue to share your thoughts on what would really make the app stand out.

Functionality added to the app in 2018

What’s next?

Looking towards the end of 2018/start of 2019, we’re really focussing on developing core banking functionalities. These include:

  • Secure mail
  • Electronic mailbox
  • Online meeting booking
  • Transaction details
  • Adding accounts from other banks

These features will be included alongside bug fixes and improving our response times and user experience of the app – watch this space!
