Danske Safe Custody Service - Limited Company / Limited Liability Partnership Application
You have selected to open the Danske Safe Custody Service under your Business Account and by proceeding on this basis, you are confirming that you wish to place your Safe Custody item(s) in the name of the Business.

As a director / member in your business, we will collect the following information about you, the other directors/members and details about your Limited Company / Limited Liability Partnership in order to process your application. We will be in contact with you once we have validated the details.
Before you sign your Customer Agreement, it is important that you and the other directors/members read and understand all of the important information for the service, including the Danske Safe Custody Special terms and conditions and fees and service charges .
Business and Personal details
We want to be sure we have the up to date contact details for the business in case we need to contact the business about the opening and operation of this Service. Until we have validated your contact information, we will contact you using the telephone number we already hold on our system. If we do not hold your contact telephone information, we will write to you instead.
If you do not want us to contact you by email or text message, to keep you up to date with changes to the service we provide, you will need to contact us after the Danske Safe Custody Service has been opened, so that we can update our records. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have given us your explicit consent.
This means that we will deliver and allow the directors/members access to the Safe Custody Item at any time held by us for the Limited Company / Limited Liability Partnership, and will accept the signature(s) on orders for the withdrawal of the Safe Custody Item at any time held by us for the Limited Company / Limited Liability Partnership as follows:
Please note: This mandate will no longer apply if we receive written notice from the Limited Company / Limited Liability Partnership, signed by a Director / Member of the Limited Company / Limited Liability Partnership, to cancel it, or as otherwise provided for in the Danske Safe Custody Service terms and conditions. We must be notified in writing signed by a Director / Member of the Limited Company / Limited Liability Partnership of any change to the authority contained herein and/or the Authorised Persons.
Granting an additional party access to your Danske Safe Custody
Granting an additional party access to your Safe Custody items means that you can give another person(s) access to your Safe Custody items on an ongoing basis i.e. another party that does not own your Danske Safe Custody.
This means that you will be confirming that this person(s) can access your Safe Custody, and in addition they can also remove the items for you on a temporary basis.
Granting this authority to another person(s) will be at your own risk and as such you will be liable for any losses incurred. If you select Yes below, we will discuss this with you in more detail once your Danske Safe Custody Service has been opened.
Danske Safe Custody Fees
Please provide details of your primary Business Current Account held with Danske Bank.
Please detail the Sort Code and Account Number for your Business from where you wish the Danske Safe Custody Fee to be taken. Please note the fee cannot be taken from a non-Danske Bank account, a Business MasterCard Credit Card account, or a Business loan account.
Branch selection (remove Marty and Brenda)
Please select which branch you would like to hold your Danske Safe Custody in. Please note this service is only available in certain branches.
Day and Time selection
Please select which day of the week/time you would like to call at the branch to sign the Danske Safe Custody Agreement and drop off your Safe Custody Items. Please note we will try our best to accommodate your preferred choice and we will confirm this to you, however from time to time, we may have to offer you an alternative. In these instances, we will contact you by telephone to discuss. We aim to process your application as quickly as possible and you should expect email confirmation of your meeting within 2 working days.
Please select the type of Danske Bank Safe Custody Service you would like to apply for below. If you would like to have more than one Danske Safe Custody Service, you will need to complete an additional application.
You will receive one free visit per calendar month. Each additional visit within the calendar month will be charged at £10 plus VAT = £12
If you select an oversized item, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to store your items for you, however we will contact you to advise you about this once we have checked the size of your item and determined if branch you have selected above can accommodate the item.
Danske Safe Custody is not covered under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), the UK's deposit protection scheme. Please see the FSCS Information Sheet and Exclusions List information on what the scheme covers.

Just before you hit the submit button on your application, we wanted to tell you about the next steps:
- We will process your application within 2 working days and once completed we will send you an email containing details about the date/time you and any other directors/members required to attend, should call at the branch to sign the Danske Safe Custody Customer Agreement form and drop off your Safe Custody items.
- If we cannot accommodate your preferred date and time for this meeting, we will call you to discuss a suitable alternative.
- The email will also confirm that you and the other directors/members required to attend, must attend this meeting and bring photographic ID with you.
- It will also contain information on how you should present your Safe Custody items for storage i.e. how to seal/lock your items safely.
If we need to contact you by phone for any reason, we will call you on the number we already hold on our system and if we do not hold your contact telephone number, we will write to you instead.
