Business Banking Apps

Danske Mobile and Tablet Business Apps are available on Android and iOS devices. You must be registered for Business eBanking to be able to use Danske Mobile and Tablet Business Apps. Payments made outside the UK are governed by the law that applies where the payment is made.

Business eBanking may be temporarily unavailable when we are carrying out routine maintenance.

How do I Iog on to Business eBanking for the first time?

For your first log on you should follow the instructions in our Log on Guide. You can log on using a PC or a laptop. You can also complete your first log on using our Mobile and Tablet Business Apps. To complete your first log on you will need your User ID, PIN and eSafe ID device. For future log ons you will require your User ID, password and eSafe ID device.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by logging on to Business eBanking

  • Choose Administration, General Settings and Security from the menu
  • Choose Change personal password at the bottom of the screen and click OK
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter a new password, retype it and click OK

Your password has now been changed, and the next time you log on to Business eBanking you must use your new password.

We recommend that you change your password regularly.

How do I order a new eSafe ID device?

You can order a new device in two ways:

  • Contact your Administrator (this will be a person(s) within your business), they can order a new device under Administration in Business eBanking
  • Contact our Customer Support on 028 90 311377

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I order a temporary PIN?

You can order a temporary PIN in two ways:

  • Contact your Administrator (this will be a person(s) within your business), they can order a temporary pin under Administration in Business eBanking
  • Contact our Customer Support on 028 90 311377

What do I do if I lose my eSafe ID device?

If you lose your eSafe ID device or suspect that someone else is using it, you must block it immediately by contacting Customer Support on 028 90 311377. You will be asked to provide your User ID, we will never ask you for your password under any circumstance.
